Each perfume is freshly prepared on your order, not pre-made. You can either choose your own custom scent or go with one of our recommended perfumes. If the fragrance you receive doesn’t match your taste or you find it confusing to decide, we’re here to help you exchange it. Our team is always ready to support you and make sure you’re happy with what you get.
Every perfume and attar is created using original, high-quality fragrance oils sourced from trusted suppliers. We don’t dilute or compromise. You’ll always get what’s promised — a rich, lasting scent that feels premium from the first spray to the dry-down.

Since we prepare each perfume on order, processing usually takes 2–3 days, followed by 2–4 days for delivery (depending on your city). You’ll get updates every step of the way.
Elyora works on a made-to-order system, meaning your perfume is custom prepared once you place your order. We don’t keep bulk stock — this ensures every customer gets a freshly blended scent.
Because of that, we require advance payment to confirm each order before preparation begins. COD isn’t active yet because we’re still a new and growing brand, and we want to avoid fake or unconfirmed orders that can cause waste and delays.
That said, we value trust — all payments are made directly to our official business account, and every order is personally confirmed before processing. Your purchase is 100% safe.
